Rare Ducati recovered

Following the news only last week that Road Angel's renowned motorcycle tracking system, Bike Trac, helped police recover a stolen motorcycle after just 74 minutes of being taken, fans of the system will be further buoyed this week by the news that it has triumphed again, this time recovering a rare Ducati 1198SP in under three-hours.

With Bike Trac informing Police initially, when the system was activated at 2.07AM on Saturday morning in South West London, Police were able to act fast, with Bike Trac pin-pointing the exact location of the Ducati before dawn that same morning.

Bike Trac's Bill Taylor, commented. "Naturally we're delighted that our system has proven itself yet again and so quickly. Of course it's only as good as the authorities or individuals that are using it, but on this occasion and as proven last week, if the data is used, a bike can be recovered extremely quickly. A big thank you must go to the Metropolitan Police Stolen Motorcycle Unit once again, who work with us closely and do a sterling job."

Bike Trac is pleased to report that the Ducati 1198 has now been reunited with its rightful owner.
