The following terms and conditions apply to all orders.
By placing/completing an order you will be deemed to have accepted these terms.
General Information
All products are subject to availability and we may withdraw products at any time.
We reserve the right to change prices from time to time, but the price quoted when you place your order is the price you will be charged.
Please note that no amendments can be made either to the goods ordered or customer details once an order has been placed.
Once an order has been confirmed we are unable to cancel orders. We will only accept returns under the following conditions: The goods are faulty (faulty goods conditions are set below*); incorrect items have been despatched or you have received goods not ordered; any damages on delivery.
* Returns of this type are at our discretion. We will only accept current stock, not discontinued items.
Faulty goods: all products deemed faulty must be returned for inspection. Manufacturing problem: item will be repaired or replaced free of charge provided it is in the warranty guarantee (24-months for GIVI)and with proof of purchase. If the problem is deemed to be misuse or not a manufacturing fault, it will not be dealt with under warranty.
All goods sent incorrectly by us must be reported to bhpbikeparts within one month.
Stock availability will be checked once we receive your order. Please note: Most items are not held in stock.
UK VAT is quoted in the price of the product, as is delivery to mainland UK.
Postage and Packaging
Subject to stock availability we aim to deliver to most UK addresses within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Delivery to addresses outside the UK will be dispatched by air on a trackable delivery service. A signature may be required on receipt of delivery.
Subject to stock availability we aim to deliver to most addresses outside the UK within 14 working days of receiving your order.
Bhpbikeparts and customducati will not be responsible for customs or any local duty and or taxes on goods delivered to addresses outside the UK, and you should pay these directly where applicable.
Returns
Paul Smith-specific items only: If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order you may return it to us (unused and in its original packaging, with all relevant documentation) within 28 days of delivery.
Bhpbikeparts/customducati will refund the value of Paul Smith goods returned (excluding delivery costs) within 28 days of receipt of the return, without further charge to you. We will not refund the costs of returning the goods.
However, should an item be faulty – it will be replaced at no extra charge.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that items returned do not become the responsibility of bhpbikeparts/customducati until received by our mail order department. We recommend that the goods are returned by a recorded delivery service.
